To become a client

First you need to find a suitable nanny or au-pair for your family, either through City Kids services or via other channels. 

Find a nanny

Once you have find a nanny or au-pair whom you would like to work with you contact us at City Kids. We will sign an agreement outlining how the services are organised and after that it's just to get started. 
         
Below you will find a log which we recommend to use. There you note all occations when the service is utilized as base for hourly reporting and payment.

The main rule for hourly reporting is that the nanny reports worked hours on this web page. As client you get a login and can approve the nanny's reported hours. If you want to pay using a payment Card this is also done via the web page and a reciept is send automatically via e-mail. You can also pay via bankgiro and the reciept will come retrospectively.
